This is recommended for senior pets to have a better quality of life, and possibly avoid daily oral medication dosing.

These are given through the Subcutaneous route (a specific layer of the skin) by a veterinary skilled professional. We do not recommend having owners inject their pets as these is a risk of puncturing a different skin anatomy that may lead to complications.
The dose is computed per body weight. You can simply give us a call and let us know your pet’s current weight, and we can give you an estimate.
We usually see a good response in 2-3 days after injections. Our clients report smoother mobility, jumping and running faster, and ease of standing up and/or sitting down. The effect usually last 4 weeks in the pet’s system. Closer to the 4 week mark, most clients report seeing their pet slowly reverting back to stiff gaited movements and slowing down in mobility.
We haven’t seen any issues or side effects so far. These are monoclonal antibodies from the target species, thus minimizing any risks of reaction. These are molecules derived from the dogs and cats, and modified into a treatment that controls pain signals and inflammation.
Yes, if your pet will need other medications to manage the discomfort, we will definitely recommend it. There are other drugs that has a different mechanism of action that can act as supportive medications. Consistent bloodwork and monitoring is highly recommended to ensure safety of the liver and kidneys.
