Our veterinarians will perform an exam, use equipments to diagnose the problem and will thoroughly discuss with you if there are some diagnostic test/s that will be needed to get some more answers.
We will sit down and discuss the diagnostic and treatment plan with you and we will leave you with a plan moving forward so you would know the steps. We work with you to give your fur baby the best care.

You will be surprised how anxious or sensitive pets do in home vs in hospital. Since we take our time in getting your pet’s trust, they let us do services and treatments on them since they are in a more comfortable environment. We operate with lots of positive energy, talking, belly rubs, and lots of treats! Sometimes we have to involve the owner’s personal items to help them feel safe, or we call mom or dad to give comforting words. But if it comes to a point that safety of your pet and our staff are at stake, we can simply give a sedative drug to relax your baby – a smooth and safe process that allows us to do our jobs and give the best and safest care.
We approach our treatment recommendations from priority to less priority. We discuss what each recommendation is for and we hear you out. At the end of the day, no one can perfectly anticipate what our doctors will see once we see your pet, but if your estimate is organized and packaged by level of priority, you can see what fits your budget and what can we do as Plan B.
We are proponents of pet insurance here at Let’s MoVET. There are a lot of options out there and you are paying for peace of mind by having an insurance. Having a pet can be costly, especially when the problem is not anticipated and is not part of the usual wellness (vaccines, deworming, annual exam) plan. Us being a concierge service understands what quality care and support means, and pet insurance can assure you of a better level of care and the least blow to your wallet. Most of our long term clients have pet insurances.
We can see and triage a case to see if this pet will really need emergency care. We are not equipped as an emergency hospital as we are limited on what equipments we can bring to your home. But we are equipped to give first line of care, give supportive medications and refer you to an emergency if it’s practical and needed to do so. When there is a veterinarian referring your pet to an emergency, there is a good chance that you will skip hours of waiting at the emergency since there is a direct vet to vet communication.
We are proponents of work-life balance in this company and all our staff’s time are protected so they can be the best version of themselves in their profession. Our phones and text lines are always open during business hours. Our veterinarians are available for a phone or video call during a scheduled appointment time frame. Emails are also much appreciated when you have something to discuss more thoroughly with any of our team members.
